ABSTRACT
Musical hallucinations are rare manifestations of neurological disorders;
they are usually associated with psychiatric diseases. Herein, we report a case
of a 46 years old male patient with melody perception as an epileptic
manifestation of an oligoastrocytoma in the left temporal lobe with an abnormal
prolonged video telemetry.
