ABSTRACT The relationship between albendazole monotherapy and psychosis has not been proven in recent research. We discuss a case of acute psychosis linked to albendazole that has been documented. The patient's psychosis subsided after the drug was stopped and aripiprazole was administered, and in the months that followed, he or she did not require acute care. Albendazole's contribution to the aforementioned toxicity is supported by the temporal link and laboratory evidence. Although uncommon, such reactions can have a significant impact on patient care and may necessitate heightened provider caution when prescribing albendazole. Keywords: drug, albendazole, psychosis

ABSTRACT Coronavirus disease 19 or COVID-19 is a new respiratory disease caused by a novel coronavirus, SARS CoV-2. After its first report in China, the disease rapidly to more than 200 countries. COVID-19 is a big pandemic and cause problem worldwide. This new disease can cause accurate febrile respiratory illness and death might be a possible outcome in the severe case. Many million people get suffering from this disease. The containment of COVID-19 requires a strict infection control process. The example of a strict infection control process is the locking down, which is already implemented in several countries around the world. During the outbreak, it is recommended that the people should be at home. Here, the authors share patient experience on illness at home during COVID-19 outbreak as a personal narrative. This is a good example of patient who got obstructed at home during COVID-19 outbreak and call for a consultation for her illness via internet communication media. There is no previous report on patient experience with detailed timeline of suffering at home. The suffering of sick person at home during locking down period might not be well recognized. The lessons learnt from this personal narrative can be used for further development in healthcare support to the people living at home during the COVID-19 outbreak. We'll concentrate on the post-SARS-CoV2 infection arthritis that could develop as a brand-new pathological illness linked to COVID-19. In this report, we describe a case of acute oligoarthritis in a middle-aged man that developed 15 days after he developed severe pneumonia caused by the SARS-CoV2. Obturator hernia: a case study

Demir S, Yurab R. Obturator hernia: a case study. Case Study and Case Report 2022; 12(3): 34 - 37. ABSTRACT Less than 1% of abdominal wall hernias are the uncommon obturator hernia. Due to its vague indications and symptoms, it poses a diagnostic problem. We describe a case of an elderly woman who had right medial thigh pain in the past. Right obturator hernia with minor intestinal blockage was discovered by computed tomography scan. There was no need for a minor intestinal resection because the hernia could have been properly corrected laparoscopically. On the second postoperative day, she was released from the hospital after a smooth recovery with no difficulties. This case study emphasizes the significance of prompt obturator hernia diagnosis and repair, even when the clinical picture is improving. We describe a Turkish male, age 30, who had intussusception brought on by meckel diverticulitis. Computed CT indicated ileo-ileal intussusception. Ilio-ileal intussusception with Meckel's diverticulum was discovered during exploration. There was a diverticulectomy along with a minor bowel resection. ABSTRACT Urothelial bladder carcinoma accounts for nearly 90% of all bladder cancers. Cigarette smoking, chronic cystitis, and human papillomavirus infection are all risk factors. Hematuria, obstructive voiding, and irritative symptoms are common symptoms. Despite the prevalence of urothelial carcinoma, elevation of -human chorionic gonadotropin in these tumors is uncommon. This case report alerts gynecologic practitioners to the possibility of urologic causes of -human chorionic gonadotropin elevation, even in the setting of a recent spontaneous abortion, and provides a comprehensive review of diagnostic testing in the setting of -human chorionic gonadotropin elevation. In the setting of significant vaginal bleeding, a 46-year-old non woman, former smoker, with a history of polycystic ovary syndrome, high-risk human chorionic gonadotropin infection, and hypertension, underwent vacuum-assisted aspiration. Pathology confirmed the presence of fetal tissue. Human chorionic gonadotropin levels fell to 10.5 mU/mL and were no longer monitored due to the resumption of menstruation. Her human chorionic gonadotropin level was found to be elevated six months later during a routine preoperative evaluation for orthopedic surgery. She also had asymptomatic hematuria that persisted. She underwent a thorough gynecologic and urologic work-up that included hysteroscopy, dilation and curettage, methotrexate therapy, computerized tomographic imaging, and cystoscopy before being diagnosed with urothelial carcinoma. ABSTRACT A long-acting third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic is ceftriaxone (CRO). An 80-year-old male patient with a single right kidney who was admitted with bilateral pneumonia and right pyelonephritis is the subject of our case study of CRO-induced encephalopathy. The infection was treated with intravenous CRO (2 g, every 24 hours), but tonic-clonic seizures of the left face and left upper extremity began to occur on the later day. Our findings imply that assessment of the drug's blood level may be useful for anticipating the likelihood of negative CNS effects from CRO, a common antibacterial medication.
