ABSTRACT
Cinnamon is an important tropical plant. The cinnamon’s bark
is a well-known spice that has an aromatic condiment. The health effect of
cinnamon is interesting. Some researches mention for the usefulness of cinnamon
in management of medical disorders such as diabetes mellitus. The possible
adverse effect of cinnamon is interesting but little mentioned. In this case report,
the authors report and discuss a case of acute hepatitis induced by cinnamon.
