ABSTRACT
Cerebral
Autosomal Dominant Arteriopathy with Subcortical Infarcts and
Leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL) is an inherited arteriopathy whose key features
include migraine headaches, recurrent subcortical ischaemic events and vascular
dementia. Here, we report on a patient with the hot cross bun sign who
presented with CADASIL.
