ABSTRACT COVID-19 is an important public health problem and COVID-19 vaccination is the effective primary prevention. The efficacy and safety of the new COVID-19 vaccine is an important clinical consideration. As a new vaccine, the accumulation of clinical data is important. In general, COVID-19 vaccination is not recommended for administration at the same day as other vaccination. However, it is sometimes necessary to provide other vaccination. The adverse event following mRNA COVID-19 vaccination is an interesting clinical issue. Dermatological adverse effect of vaccine is sporadically reported. Zoster might occur after vaccination.
