Yacon
(Smallanthus sonchifolius) is a tropical plant that is mentioned for its
usefulness for stabilizing metabolism. There has never report on the effect of
yacon on human beings. Here, the author reports the observation of yacon tea
effect on blood glucose level in human subject.
